Alcohol Deposit and Policy

Beer and wine may be served at the Phoenix Plaza Civic Center by a licensed OLCC server. Hard alcohol may not be served. If alcohol is being sold or admission is being charged, applicant must also acquire a temporary liquor license through the OLCC. Applicants must pay $500 refundable deposit to City of Phoenix and must take out an event insurance policy with $2,000,000 coverage per occurrence that lists the City of Phoenix as an additional insured. The City must have copies of the server's permit, temporary liquor license (if applicable) and insurance policy on site. Please contact us with any questions.
